Nathaniel Herzfeld

Nathaniel Herzfeld is a patent agent at Weiss and Arons.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Binghamton with an emphasis in heat transfer.  After graduating Nathaniel started working at the USPTO as a patent examiner.   Nathaniel worked at the USPTO for nearly 11 years, being a primary patent examiner for 5.5 of those years.

At the USPTO Nathaniel examined applications in the mechanical field and specialized in power plants, steam generators, gas turbine engines, furnaces, burners, boilers, water heaters, kilns, ovens and incinerators.  Nathaniel is skilled in finding allowable subject matter, performing prior art/freedom to operate searches and furthering prosecution.
